Bhumi Pujan is a sacred ritual performed prior to beginning construction. By consecrating the land with auspicious Jain prayers (Mangal Vidhi) and seeking divine blessings, we purify the site and invoke peace, harmony, and obstacle-free progress for this historic project.

We have had multiple discussions with Frisco city and we have secured approvals to ensure your comfort on the ground, we will have:
Temporary restroom facilities
Clean drinking water stations
Covered tents with generators for temporary heating/cooling (depending on weather)
First-aid and safety assistance
Police on-site to help direct the traffic
Food stations
Garbage collections & clean-up

Schedule & Arrival Times:
Volunteers: Please arrive at 9:00 AM for setup and briefing.
Devotees & Members: Please arrive by 10:00 AM.
The program will begin promptly at 10:00 AM as we prepare for the sacred 12:39 PM Muhurat (auspicious time) for the main rituals.
On-site parking will be available on designated areas of the land. Volunteers and police will be directing traffic. Please follow the signs upon arrival and allow extra time for parking and walking to the seating area.
Yes! Donors will have opportunities to perform bhumi pujan. Specific sponsorships are avaiable and communicated to the members are available. Members are requested to connect with fundraising team of JSNT.
Yes, a live streaming link will be posted on this page closer to the event date.
The Bhumi Pujan will take place rain or shine. The main ritual, seating, and food areas will be completely protected under covered waterproof tents with sidewalls and flooring to keep everyone dry and comfortable.
Traditional Indian / Pooja attire (White or Pooja clothes for those participating in rituals).
Dedicated temporary changing areas will be set up on the grounds for your convenience. If you prefer a more comfortable setup, we encourage visiting a nearby relative's or friend's house before heading to the main ceremonies.
Yes! All Sanghs, family members, and well-wishers across North America are cordially invited.
