• Preparation of Varniji Bhavan for weekly/monthly meetings, dignitary lectures

• Cleaning of all rooms (upstairs/downstairs), dining hall and Restrooms

• Supplies for facility operation

• Parking operation during a major event

• Report any items that need attention to the facility management team

• Prepare for smooth cleaning operation as Pathshala year starts

• Prepare to support major events of paryushan, das lakshan, Diwali, etc.
